Brettner Counsel seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding commercial, complex insurance, and data privacy practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to build a long-term career with a growing firm while taking advantage of remote work opportunities. 

 

The right candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, admitted to practice in either Texas and/or Louisiana and 1 to 3 years+ of experience in transactional and/or litigation practice. Specific experience in commercial disputes, complex insurance coverage work, employment disputes, and/or data privacy compliance being a major plus. No GPA requirement; however, the firm is seeking an individual with excellent presence and public speaking skills who is able to handle a variety of challenging matters simultaneously, and has or desires to be mentored to have a strong presence in the courtroom.
